Job Title: Revenue Generation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue Generation Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement revenue strategies, monitor competitor pricing, and manage OTA platforms to optimise occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive business growth.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
* Manage and update OTA platforms (e.g., Expedia) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
* Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.
* Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.
* Contribute to strategic discussions on financial planning and performance metrics.
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in revenue management or a similar role in the hospitality sector.
* Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
* Experience managing OTA platforms (e.g., Expedia).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, email marketing) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferred.
* Flexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve results.
* Awareness of the Irish hotel market is advantageous.
