Sales Operations Administrator - German Language Required

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive order evaluation, accurate data entry, and ongoing management of orders and service contracts within CRM and ERP systems.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, including order acknowledgements and scheduled shipment dates.
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising with Tier 2 support and other internal departments to effectively address customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer contracts and quotes to accurately process orders in line with terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manage the payment in advance process efficiently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience with ERP software, preferably Oracle.
- A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience is preferred.
