Quantity Surveyor All Levels (Nationwide Ireland Opportunities) The Opportunity We are actively recruiting on behalf of multiple leading companies across Ireland, including Tier 1 Contractors, Subcontractors, and Professional Services Consultancies.

We have immediate openings for Quantity Surveyors at all levels of experiencefrom Graduate to Senior and Commercial Managerwithin the construction, civil, and M&E sectors.

These roles offer exceptional career progression, competitive packages, and the chance to work on some of Irelands most high-profile commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Core Responsibilities Responsibilities will be tailored to experience level, ranging from foundational tasks to strategic commercial leadership.

Tendering & Estimating (All Levels): Prepare and manage tender documentation, perform detailed measurement and take-offs, and assist in compiling accurate cost estimates for bids.

Commercial Control (Mid/Senior): Manage all commercial aspects of live projects, including cost control, forecasting, risk management, and value engineering.

Contract Administration: Administer contract obligations (e.g., FIDIC, RIAI, NEC) including sub-contract procurement, payment certifications, variations, and claims management.

Valuations & Reporting: Prepare, submit, and agree upon monthly valuations and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Provide accurate financial reporting to senior management.

Sub-Contract Management (Senior): Negotiate terms, draft contractual agreements, and manage the commercial performance of sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile & Compensation Essential Criteria Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.

Experience Requirement: Specific years of experience will determine the level of appointment (Graduate 0-2 years, Intermediate 2-5 years, Senior 5+ years).

Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in measurement software and contract administration.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.

Compensation Salary Range: €40,000 €80,000 per annum (Negotiable, reflecting experience level from Graduate through to Senior Surveyor).

Benefits: Travel/Mileage allowance, contributory pension, paid professional membership fees, and performance bonus structure.

Location: Opportunities available across Leinster, Munster, Connacht, and Ulster (including project-based roles and permanent office roles in Dublin, Cork, Galway, etc.).
