As an example if an agent brings in €137,500 in commission in a calender year they will receive €100,000 in gross pay.Commission rates are a mnimum of 71% of the transaction.You MUST have a Property Services Regulatory licence for B and C.You will require a car and a driving license.You will be required to look after the sale and rental of properties.
