IT Strategy and Architecture Leader
We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our IT strategy and architecture initiatives. This pivotal role will collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges, develop actionable strategies, and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership of the Enterprise Architecture Function: Lead the evolution of the enterprise architecture function by developing, advocating for, and supporting the organization's IT strategies.
2. Business Strategy Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to define and analyze their business strategies, developing IT strategies that align and support these goals.
3. Roadmap Development: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps outlining the transition from current to future state, promoting innovative solutions based on business requirements.
4. Documentation Oversight: Oversee the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
5. Technology Architecture Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the current technology landscape to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
6. Collaboration with IT Leaders: Work closely with other IT leaders to ensure alignment of plans with deliverables, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
7. Project Consultation: Consult with project teams to ensure projects align with enterprise architecture, identifying when modifications to the architecture are necessary to accommodate project needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Master's degree preferred;
* Proven experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology governance;
* Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
* Experience in banking, asset management, or investment management is highly desirable;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
* Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI impacting enterprise architecture.
