Responsibilities
Support the Registered Provider/Director of Nursing in the daily management of the home.
Participate on Multidisciplinary Care, Risk Management, Incident Management, and Infection Control teams.
Maintain knowledge of current trends through ongoing reading and professional learning.
Ensure resident confidentiality, sharing information only with appropriate approval.
Motivate and guide staff by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and handling human resource matters.
