The Behaviour Specialist will be working with adults in a well-established Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit based in North Cork working alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team. Candidates must demonstrate the necessary interest, capability, performance and enthusiasm in line with the requirements of this role.The role of the Behavioural Specialist is to undertake Functional Assessments and develop Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSP) to support individuals with their behaviour, teach new skills and improve overall quality of life.
