* Lead, mentor, and manage project coordinators, engineers, and installation teams.

* Enforce quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
* Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain service excellence.
* Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
* Approve expenditures, track costs, and report on financial performance.
* Ensure projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Promote a strong safety culture through training and regular audits.
* Carry out detailed site surveys, identifying potential challenges.
* Gather and document location data, including electrical infrastructure and drone-based roof measurements.
* Share survey findings with the design team for project planning.
