Responsibilities Manage M&E subcontractors to ensure precise work sequencing and strict adherence to the project schedule. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure build-ability, accuracy, and early identification of design clashes. Monitor installation quality and safety through regular site inspections, ensuring full compliance with Irish regulations and industry standards. Facilitate clear communication between site operations, design consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries. Oversee the full commissioning process, including system testing, O&M manual compilation, and final certification submission.
