Financial Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled financial administrator to join our team.
* Prepare and file accurate VAT returns
* Process and manage PAYE/PRSI calculations and submissions
* Handle RCT and perform accurate bank reconciliations
* Manage client invoicing and debtors' ledgers
The ideal candidate has 2 years of recent experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. VAT Return Preparation: Prepare and file accurate Value Added Tax (VAT) returns
2. PAYE/PRSI Management: Process and manage PAYE/PRSI calculations and submissions, including year-end returns
3. RCT Handling: Handle Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT), ensuring correct deductions and submissions for relevant payments
4. Bank Reconciliation: Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts
5. Invoicing and Debtors' Ledgers: Manage and process client invoicing, including sales invoices and credit notes, and maintain and update debtors' ledgers, ensuring accurate recording of outstanding payments and assisting with debtor management
6. Supplier Invoicing and Expenses: Process supplier invoices and expenses, ensuring proper coding and approvals
7. Client Liaison: Liaise directly with clients to request information, clarify transactions, and resolve queries professionally
8. Team Support: Provide support to senior accountants and partners as needed
