We are searching for a diligent and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role
Are you ready to revolutionise the way we do hospitality? Radisson RED is looking for a savvy Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our Housekeeping Department! Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping and the General Manager, if you're passionate about creating spotless spaces and leading a dynamic team, this role is your chance to shine! You will be responsible for maintaining our rooms and public areas to reflect our vibrant RED identity from check-in to check-out.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our housekeeping department. You'll be hands-on, ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects Radisson RED's high-energy, stylish vibe. We're looking for someone proactive and innovative, with a talent for turning routine tasks into memorable guest experiences! Your goal is to develop a high-performing team that embodies our RED brand!

Minimum Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant housekeeping experience
* National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of guest service, property maintenance, and adherence to company policies.
* Lead and collaborate with team members to maximize guest satisfaction, comfort, and cleanliness, responding positively to enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
* Support and implement business strategies, taking responsibility for assigned areas and deputising for the Head of Department when needed.
* Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance, promoting the company's values and culture.
* Manage departmental costs and inventory, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
* Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and activity management.
* Lead initiatives to improve service standards, profitability, and cost control, considering environmental sustainability.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for audits.
