Enterprise Architecture Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer architect to join our team as a lead enterprise architect.
Job Description:
The lead architect will create and develop relationships across business and IT to ensure that the strategies and architectures proposed are aligned to the business need, are fit for purpose, and provide value for the investments made.
* Contribute to strategy definition and the development of roadmaps and reference architectures in support of business strategic priorities and challenges.
* Support the business by consulting on technology and providing advice and thought leadership.
* Direct and guide change programmes in their design of changes for solutions, maintain oversight, and play an architecture governance role throughout the lifecycle of a change project.
Key Responsibilities:
As a lead enterprise architect, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the development of enterprise architectures that align with the business strategy.
* Providing guidance and mentorship to solution architects to design architectures that implement or influence the Group's strategy and roadmaps.
* Leading architecture input into large-scale transformation programmes, utilising cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the data and AI spaces.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge in developing enterprise architectures and a proven track record for designing enterprise-level solutions and delivering digital experiences.
* Experience with architecture governance and demonstrated abilities in visioning and high-level solution capabilities.
* Leadership and people management skills.
We offer a hybrid role that can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration.
