Job Title:
* Administrative Finance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support a wide range of finance tasks, including VAT inquiries, regulatory reporting, and month-end/year-end financial close processes.
* Reconcile supplier turnover with the general ledger to ensure accurate calculation of customer rebates.
* Post rebate journals to customer accounts on a monthly basis.
* Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve queries regarding rebates and supplier trading terms.
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audits.
* Generate monthly customer purchase reports.
* Collaborate with senior management to assist with general finance queries and project-based work.
Requirements:
* Strong Excel skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Previous accounts or finance experience; IATI qualification or part-qualified accountant desirable.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
