The Job: Assistant Area Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of high-quality rehabilitative and vocational training programs within a designated area.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in the overall management of the training & development of all service users in accordance with agreed programs.
* Provide assistance and support in the day-to-day management and administration of human resources, including communications, motivation, training, development, health & safety, welfare, etc.
* Assist in managing the progress of each service user through the process, including recruitment, assessment, induction, and the IAPIPP process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant professional qualification in Business, Administration, Education, or Social Sciences.
* A recognised QQI/HETAC qualification in Supervisory Management would be an advantage.
* Experience of working with staff in a supervisory/management capacity is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
