Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing weekly and monthly payrolls,
* Processing starters and leaver forms, and pension calculations.
* Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information.
* Process wage, tax deductions, benefits, etc
* Manage payroll-related queries,
* Processing of net pay via EFT, SEPA, and Internet banking
* Processing filing requirements with ROS and HMRC
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in using payroll systems (Europay and SAGE experience beneficial),
* Hardworking individual with ambitions to grow,
* Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality,
* Ability to work to defined deadlines,
* Proficient in Excel,
* IPASS qualified - REQUIREMENT
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
Due to the nature of this role, it will be based 5 days a week on site in our Head office in Dublin 6
