Payroll Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days office)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for approx. 10,000 employees across ROI and UK. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while driving process improvements and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of 11 payroll professionals.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
* Implement controls, audits, and risk management.
* Drive automation and system enhancements.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
* Lead change projects including new regulations and benefits.
What You’ll Bring
* IPASS or equivalent qualification.
* 7+ years payroll experience, 3+ years in leadership.
* Experience managing large payrolls (2,000+ employees).
* Strong knowledge of ROI & UK payroll legislation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
* SAP experience desirable.
