Transport and Logistics Administrator
Our client, a key provider of complex industrial products & services to a diverse range of clients, is expanding their Shannon-based manufacturing operation and looking to recruit an experienced Transport & Logistics Administrator to join the team.

The Job:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, the successful candidate will handle duties related to the transportation of products to client sites nationwide and manage the vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include scheduling client deliveries, planning & optimizing routes for efficiency, updating client information, managing vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with legislation, resolving shipping queries, and supporting the transport team.
Your Skills/Experience:
* Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline preferred.
* 3-4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate administration/co-ordination role.
* Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight sectors is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail & IT/data reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage projects.
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a salary range of €35,000 - €40,000 plus benefits, including a pension contribution, annual bonus, educational assistance, and other minor benefits.
The position is fully office-based in Shannon.
