The Role
We are looking for a Production & Operations Lead to become a key pillar of our manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with our Asst. Brewer to learn kombucha brewing and production processes, take pressure off day-to-day operations, and help maintain a clean, well-run, audit-ready facility.
Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into a senior operational position as the business scales.
This role will suit someone who wants real responsibility, enjoys high standards, and takes pride in running a clean, well-organised production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Brewing Support
* Learn kombucha brewing and production processes alongside our Head Brewer
* Support batching, carbonation, bottling and production planning
* Take ownership of defined production processes once trained
Hands-On Production
* Work on the production line (bottling machine)
* Bottling, labelling, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Maintain pace, accuracy and quality during production runs
HACCP, Hygiene & Health & Safety
* Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
* Follow and help improve SOPs and cleaning schedules
* Complete production, cleaning and safety paperwork accurately
* Be comfortable working in an environment subject to audits and inspections
Standards & Ownership
* Take pride in the cleanliness, organisation and efficiency of the facility
* Identify issues early and raise them clearly
* Suggest improvements to processes, layout or workflows
* Act as a reliable, calm presence on the floor
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Experience in food or beverage production, or another regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
* High personal hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Reliable, responsible and consistent
Desirable
* HACCP or food safety training
* Brewing, fermentation, dairy, nutraceutical, pharma or commercial kitchen background
* Experience working in a small, growing business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Naas, CO. Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
