SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:To co-ordinate, manage and support the daily marketing functions and initiatives within the company.Ensuring brand integrity and consistency, engage in PR activity for the hotel, promoting the Fitzpatrick Castle brand through our online and offline activity.The ideal candidate will be pro-active and energetic with a proven track record in marketing and the ability to execute effectively a focused marketing plan for the agreed market audienceACCOUNTABILITIES:Help plan and implement along with the Director of Sales & Marketing, an annual marketing strategy & plan, regularly updating the management team on progressFulfil the role of "Brand ambassador" for the companyTo be fully aware of maximizing profit through controlling marketing expensesResponsible for delivery all marketing material both on and offlineLiaising with the Director of Sales & Marketing to successfully implement marketing initiativesLiaise with web company on Digital marketing plan and attend meetings as required.Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing databases.Manage and execute all email marketing campaigns, focusing on measurement and the effectiveness of different campaigns.Support seasonal group campaigns.Social media - ensure there is an updated monthly calendar for all social content, social media planning, scheduling, promotions, reporting of monthly analysis of activity and engagement.Assist in organising photo shoots and creating photography and video content for offline and online channels.Engage with key influencers to promote the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.Create a network of PR contacts to engage with to promote the hotel.Engage in corporate & social responsibility activities, especially within the local community.Ensure brand compliance within all signage, internal marketing messaging, continuing to elevate the brand and establishing the vision, key message, identity and strategy of the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.Organisation and coordination of all promotional activities.Management of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansionResearching new market opportunitiesManaging and updating of company website & social media channelsOther projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the positionThis is not a full and final list of duties and responsibilities and you may be required to carry out other tasks as directed by senior executives.Knowledge and experience:Confident, ambitious and pro activeA Marketing qualificationExcellent Microsoft Office skillsExperience in managing and updating website content.Experience using digital marketing tools and software systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, Social Insights)At least 2 years administrative experience in a marketing support roleProven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers)Proven Record in developing engaging social media content and creative marketing campaigns.
