Flynn O'Driscoll is now seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Conveyancer/Legal Secretaryfor ourCommercial Property Team.This is a permanent full-time position reporting primarily to one of our Property Partners but also working with one of our consultants.About the role:Working as a member of the Commercial Property Team, you will have responsibility for the following:Managing property transaction documentation efficiently;Managing files on our Practice Management System (Practice Evolve), including full compliance with file opening and archiving procedures;Liaising with clients and connected third parties;Drafting and amending documentation (including Statutory Declarations, search applications, scheduling deeds, Contracts for Sale, Deeds of Transfer and Leases );Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry.
