Murphy is recruiting for a Document Controller/ Site Administrator to work with Energy on an Oil Refinery in Co. Cork.
What you will be doing:
Processing of timesheets and preparing daily and weekly labour allocations in coordination with site management.
Maintain our process for efficient information management, tracking all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Ensure all documents meet the company’s quality standards and project requirements.
Manage document revisions and ensure the most current versions are available to the team.
Assisting with procurement by raising purchase requisitions in line with site requirements.
Processing goods receipt notes (GRNs) and matching deliveries against orders.
Maintaining tracking logs for orders, deliveries, and approvals.
Assisting with site inductions paperwork and training records.
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records at all times.
General administrative support to the Project Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors.
Who we are looking for?
Previous experience in a site administration, document control, or construction administration role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the site team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
