We are seeking an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills to manage a district, oversee store operations, and ensure seamless collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve business objectives

2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock movements, improve sales performance, and enhance customer experience

3. Analyze and address any issues that may impact business performance

4. Collaborate with other teams to drive business growth and innovation

5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
\
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
\
7. Maintain accurate records and reports to track business performance
\
8. Develop and implement plans to improve staff engagement and motivation
\
9. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, respect, and open communication
\
10. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
\
11. Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
\
12. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth and improvement
\
13. Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects

14. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow professionally

15. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

16. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business and its goals

Requirements and Qualifications
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:
\

17. A minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience
\
18. Excellent communication, planning, organization, and analytical skills
\
19. A full driving license (required)
\
20. Organized, flexible, motivated, and a hard-working leader
\
21. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
\
22. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
\
23. Strong interest in developing a career in retail
\
24. Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be an advantage
