Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting RVM Systems' vending machines. Additional responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, providing technical support to clients, maintaining records of services performed, and ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the solutions provided.
Qualifications
* Technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing machinery or electronic equipment
* Proficiency in systems maintenance, mechanical operations, and electrical installations
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience with reverse vending machines or similar technical equipment is an advantage
* Valid driver's license required for travel to service locations
* Technical certification or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred
