Product Innovation Leader Opportunity
Join a global healthcare services and technology organization as a senior director to drive the development of new products and solutions. As part of a new team build out, you will lead the generation and delivery of sustainable pipelines of new product opportunities. You will be responsible for driving idea generation, evaluation, and execution, partnering closely with business teams and senior leadership to meet annual targets and strengthen market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the search, evaluation, and prioritization of new product opportunities.
* Facilitate innovation and focus sessions and brainstorming workshops across the business around product ideation.
* Develop and assess business cases, financial models, and scenarios for proposed products.
* Influence senior leaders in prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities.
* Build strong cross-enterprise and client relationships to identify pilot opportunities.
* Monitor and track innovation pipeline value through dashboards and reporting.
* Support product progression through build and execution phases.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree with 7+ years product and innovation experience.
* Minimum 3 years healthcare/pharma supply chain, pharma wholesale providers or similar highly regulated industry experience.
* Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
* Strong track record of developing and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

About the Role:
The role is ideal for someone who has experience in product development, preferably in pharmacy and/or pharmacy benefits management. Experience with healthcare startups, health plans, or employer clients is also desirable. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the end-payer of services and product usage within the health services industry, which will enable the product innovation team to add value and transferable benefit for their new product/services innovation pipelines.
