Project Manager (HR/Delivery) 12 month contract Dublin city centre/remote Our high profile client based in Dublin city centre is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with previous HR system implementation experience.
Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, milestones, budget, and resource allocation; align with company objectives.
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and end-users.
Engage and communicate with all stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, tracking performance and resolving issues.
Oversee relationships with vendors and third-party integrators.
Drive organizational readiness and adoption through communication and training.
Experience: Previous HR system implementation experience highly desirable.
