The Expertise and Skills You Bring
* 4+ years of HR experience.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
* Strong grasp of labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
* Comfort with digital tools and platforms for HR processes.
* Strong understanding of various components of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
* Demonstrated strength in organization and communication, coupled with the ability to develop trusted, productive partnerships.
* Ability to drive initiatives that create a strong employee experience.

The Team
The Ireland HR team provides end-to-end HR Services including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Wellness, HR Operations, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Talent Development & Learning, and contributing to components of Regulatory and Statutory Compliance.
