Mentor other emerging technical talent to accelerate their growth and confidence* Operate at both the system level and the cultural level, raising the bar while building trust across geographies.## **Key Skills & Experience****Must Have*** 15 years of technical leadership experience, that includes research & development, software architecture, engineer and DevOps OR Master's degree with a minimum of 13 years relevant experience OR PhD with 11 years relevant experience* Proven technology lifecycle practice experience and solid fluency across multiple technology domains: software, cloud, mobile, internet-of-things (IoT), AI, data and/or related tooling* Track record of technical leadership and collaborative approach in driving technology decisions with product management, user experience, architects, engineers, functional leaders and other stakeholders.* Proven ability to raise the bar with engineering best practice adoption/continuous improvement with both technical, process scalability, efficiencies & maintainability* Able to lead complex technical negotiations in global matrixed organization.
