Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the IT Team, promoting high service standards.
2. Ensure systems and processes are in place to support outstanding delivery.
3. Oversee key IT projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
4. Drive system and service improvements aligned with business goals.
5. Manage staff development, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
Requirements:
1. Relevant IT qualification and leadership experience.
2. Strong customer focus and IT Security knowledge.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage).
4. Familiarity with WMS, project management, and business software.
5. Excellent computer and organizational skills; flexibility and adaptability.
