Regional Sales Director - EMEA
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to spearhead our European commercial aviation aftermarket engine parts strategy.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing our EMEA sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing a region-specific sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on commercial engine parts and emerging markets.
* BUILD AND MANAGE relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, MROs, lessors, and OEMs.
* Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer RFQs.
* Identify NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES and lead negotiations for major accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with supply capabilities.
* Work with senior leadership to develop sales targets based on customer demand and projected supply.
* Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities in EMEA.
* Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Identify opportunities to expand product offerings in response to customer requirements.
* Pursue opportunities to expand inventory through strategic purchases and consignment agreements.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Europe.
* BUILD, LEAD, AND MENTOR regional sales staff as the team grows.
