Travel Administrator – Location: Dublin
An opportunity has arisen for full-time administration staff to join our team at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected travel agencies. Applicants must have an excellent level of customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
* Managing online bookings.
* Making flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings.
* Assist customers with pre-travel related queries.
* Sending travel documents to customers.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a customer focused role.
* Must have a positive "can do" attitude.
* Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Be a team player.
* Be able to work well under pressure.
* Fluent English with proficient verbal and written skills.
* An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
* A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
