Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Civils & Water Projects (Dublin) An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 25 years experience is required to join a Tier 1 civil and utilities contractor delivering major infrastructure and water projects across Dublin.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale public and private sector schemes, gaining exposure to complex civils and water infrastructure works while progressing your career within a leading main contractor.Role: Support the commercial management of civils and water infrastructure projects from pre-contract through to final account.Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender returns.Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.Prepare and submit interim applications, variations, and final accounts.Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting.Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and the wider commercial team.Assist with contract administration and commercial risk management.Contribute to monthly cost value reconciliation (CVR) reports and forecasts.Requirements: 25 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role in Ireland.Experience working with a main contractor on civil engineering, utilities, or water projects.Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Good understanding of standard forms of contract (Public Works, NEC, etc.).Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Excel and commercial management systems.Ambitious, detail-oriented, and keen to progress within a Tier 1 environment.Full clean driving licence.Right to work in ROI.Package: Salary circa €60k€70k (DOE) Excellent benefits package Structured career progression and training Opportunity to work on some of the largest civils and water infrastructure projects in Dublin If you are an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion, or email your CV to.GPC will not send any applicants CVs to clients without a full discussion and prior consent.
