### Job details### Responsibilities* Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs in accordance with BMW/MINI standards* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs using diagnostic equipment* Completing work accurately and efficiently based on job cards* Cooperating with the parts department to ensure timely repairs* Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional service or safety work* Informing service advisors about additional work, delays, or changes* Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the workshop* Following company procedures and health & safety regulations* Participating in BMW/MINI technical training and staying up to date with technical bulletins### Salary and conditions* **Hourly rate:** 25 EUR* **Overtime:** Paid separately (details discussed individually)* **Payment frequency:** Weekly* **Employment type:** Stable, long-term employment### Accommodation and relocation support* Temporary accommodation provided for up to **2 weeks** (local hotel or B&B) + Single room + Bed and breakfast included* **Travel cost refund from Poland:** up to 100 GBP### Requirements* Minimum **2 years of professional experience** as a motor mechanic* Fully trained and qualified mechanic* Experience in service, maintenance, and mechanical repairs* Diagnostic experience is an advantage* Main dealer experience is beneficial but not essential* Basic to good English (spoken and written)* Reliability, accuracy, and willingness to develop skills### What we offer* Work with a premium automotive brand* Modern workshop and professional working conditions* Manufacturer training and career development opportunities* Competitive hourly rate and stable workload* Support with relocation to IrelandWe are currently recruiting **experienced Motor Mechanics** to work in an authorised **BMW workshop** in Ireland.
