About the Role
We are building a pipeline of experienced
Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
for upcoming contract roles with a leading global technology company based in
Dublin 4
.
These roles will sit within various business units supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and operations. TPMs will drive execution excellence, ensure alignment between technical and business teams, and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept to delivery.
 * Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
 * Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
 * Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive issue resolution with clear communication.
 * Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
 * Manage program governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates at various leadership levels.
 * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
 * 3+ years of experience in
 technical program or project management
 within a technology-driven environment.
 * Strong understanding of
 software development lifecycles (SDLC)
 and technical infrastructure concepts.
 * Proven ability to manage
 multiple complex projects simultaneously
 with competing priorities.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to synthesize technical detail into clear updates.
 * Experience working with
 Agile/Scrum methodologies
 and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience in a large-scale, global tech environment.
