Centre Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for children. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires exceptional management skills and a strong passion for early childhood education.
Responsibilities
* Developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures to drive business success and employee engagement
* Exercising effective leadership skills to motivate staff and promote a positive work culture
* Building and maintaining relationships with parents, stakeholders, and other external partners
Requirements
* A minimum of five years in a senior leadership role within the childcare sector, with at least two years as a Centre Manager
* A strong track record of delivering results-driven initiatives and driving business growth
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences

Curriculum Requirements
* A minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
