Overview
The Customer Service Associate provides exceptional service to inbound customer inquiries while also handling sales of inbound accounts through inbound communication channels. They receive telephone calls, email, and chat to manage all aspects of sales and service, including price quotations, product and licensing information, solicitation, negotiation, and problem resolution. They collaborate with the sales team by providing administrative assistance and general support. The Associate uses various computer systems to enter and track invoices as well as customer and sales data. This position is key in growing customer relationships and vital to the team.
Please note: C1 level and above in English, Spanish and Italian (written and verbal) is required for this role
Responsibilities
* Receive and process inbound sales inquiries from clients via phone, email and online chat
* Sell to customers and engage them in discovery activities to determine needs, suggest relevant products and services, and gather customer information
* Encourage and enable customers to self-serve
* Process, track, code and handle invoices and internal reports using various computer systems
* Provide creative solutions to improve invoice processing efficiency
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance and streamline workflow
* Answer phones promptly and direct customers to the appropriate sales person for sales queries
* Handle customer requests for services such as password resets and technical questions
* Create customer relationship management (CRM) tickets
What You\'ll Need
* Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
* Relevant customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email
* Proficient computer literacy (MS Office Suite and general internet skills)
* Strong desire to learn
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish and Italian (C1 level or above in all three languages)
* Ability to gather prospect and client information and identify potential sales opportunities
* Ability to manage time effectively and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
