Manager, Partner Success

Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. And we do it through the ongoing development of a powerful, purpose-built software platform. In 2014, after eight years of intensive software development, we launched Kneat Gx—the world’s most advanced validation software to help revolutionize the speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence of validation in the Life Sciences sector. Our solution is now used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.

What we’re looking for

As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Manager of Partner Success to join our Operations Team.

Position overview

Reporting to our Senior Manager of Customer Enablement, the department Manager of Partner Success will manage a team of Partner Success Managers responsible for supporting Kneat’s partner ecosystem.

The Department Manager of Partner Success is responsible for leading and overseeing the Partner Success team to ensure strategic partners are supported, engaged, and achieving shared business objectives. Expanding partnerships in emerging markets while further developing existing strategic, technology and referral partner models is a key focus.

This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end partner journey, optimizing partnership performance, and aligning cross-functional resources to foster mutual growth and retention. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities


* Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Partner Success team. Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and development.
* Partner Relationship Management: Serve as an executive point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and that they are fully engaged with the company's products, services, and vision.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the partner success strategy, KPIs, and roadmap. Align the team’s activities with broader company goals.
* Operational Excellence: Develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and tools to streamline partner success operations and improve partner satisfaction.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to advocate for partner needs and drive product enhancements and joint go-to-market strategies.
* Retention & Growth: Drive partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction by ensuring value realization, managing health metrics, and proactively addressing risks.
* Reporting & Insights: Track and report on key partner success metrics. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and use data to drive decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing high performing teams.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), partner portals, and success management platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Churn Zero).
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
* Experience working in process and metric driven environments.
* Regulated Industry Experience in either Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Validation.

Nice to haves

* An understanding of Kneat Gx applications, and its use in Life Sciences processes such as Validation (including Computer System Validation), Manufacturing and Quality management.
* Exposure to managing international partners and understanding of regional business practices and compliance needs.
* Global System Integrator Experience
* Multilingual Communication Skills
