This is a pivotal opportunity for a hands-on, strategically minded marketer with a deep appreciation for refined aesthetics, luxury service, and digitally driven brand storytelling. The successful candidate will orchestrate compelling campaigns, elevate our communications, and ensure our identity is consistently and beautifully expressed across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Curate and manage a strategic marketing calendar that integrates CRM, content, and paid media into a seamless brand narrative.
* Lead execution of digital and traditional campaigns, balancing performance with storytelling.
* Craft elegant, brand-aligned copy for email, social, and web content.
* Collaborate closely with external agencies to ensure premium execution and continual optimisation.
* Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into refined marketing strategies.
* Serve as the day-to-day contact for PR and media partners, aligning on key stories and assets.
* Coordinate press engagement, media kits, and brand presentations.
* Support high-touch client experiences, including luxury gifting and bespoke communications.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing within luxury, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
* Demonstrated experience across all key digital marketing disciplines (CRM, Paid Media, Content, Display, etc.).
* Sophisticated verbal and written communication style, with a flair for brand narrative.
* Proven ability to manage agency relationships and external creative partners.
* Knowledge of traditional marketing (events, PR, media planning) is a distinct advantage.
* Strong familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
* A refined visual sensibility and intuitive understanding of brand identity.
