Key Operations Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a business in the kitchen industry.
This position offers a varied workload, requiring a balance of technical expertise, organisational skills, and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the kitchen industry and be comfortable managing everything from design and ordering to staff coordination and project completion.
Responsibilities:
* Producing detailed production drawings using AutoCAD software
* Maintaining stock control and records
* Preparing costings for incoming materials and goods
* Supporting workshop staff and fitting teams
* Organising snag lists and ensuring successful project completion
* Managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with office staff
* Conducting site surveys and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of the kitchen industry is essential
* Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in producing production drawings
* Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
