Purpose of the Post
To provide professional/clinical leadership in line with the Code of Professional Conduct and ethics for registered Nurses and Midwives in the designated area(s) of responsibility.
To oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development.
To facilitate communication across healthcare teams.
Clinical Nurse Manager III Responsibilities
Oversee the quality of nursing care.
Develop and implement policy and procedures.
Monitor activity and the delivery of agreed levels of service for the designated area(s).
