As a practice, we are unique in Ireland as our group provides a seamless, comprehensive legal service to our international clients by offering expertise and experience to cover both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of any mandate. Our team is composed of the leading tech advisory and litigation lawyers in Ireland.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Tech Group partners in maintaining and shaping the Group’s awareness of legal and practice developments in Ireland and the EU. While this is a non-fee earning role, we welcome candidates that wish to support the Tech Group’s client work. This is an opportunity to be involved in supporting what is among the most cutting-edge legal work in the Irish market.
The candidate
We are looking to recruit an experienced technology law specialist (5+ years PQE) with strong academic credentials. We are interested in receiving applications from solicitors and barristers and EU/UK qualified lawyers with the relevant experience.
You will be given the freedom and flexibility to innovate and strategically develop the group's knowledge function in an open and supportive environment. Ideally, you will have an interest in the use of technology to improve the group's knowledge offering. You will also have the benefit of working alongside a large group of knowledge lawyers and the broader Knowledge team.
Requirements

Qualified solicitor/barrister/lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification working within the area of technology law
Strong academic background
Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning and development
Commercial focus and business acumen
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to present at client seminars, conferences and workshops
IT literacy and an interest in leveraging technology to improve knowledge offering
Ability to think creatively and strategically and to drive innovation and change
Ability to establish credibility with, effectively engage with and influence diverse teams of senior individuals
Collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a dynamic, intellectually rigorous environment
