Job Description
This role is a finance-based analytics position focused on Power BI dashboard development, business planning, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between finance leadership, business stakeholders, and an offshore technical team.
They will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, build dynamic Excel models to support scenario planning, and prepare high-quality presentations for leadership.
The role is highly visible, working across multiple functions and engaging regularly with senior stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience
Power BI expertise: dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.
Advanced Excel: building dynamic, assumption-driven financial models.
Strong financial knowledge: P&L, KPIs, forecasting.
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Collaboration with offshore technical teams.
Experience Level
5–8 years in finance, reporting, or analytics roles.
An understanding of how a business ticks and a desire to enforce efficient process and data capture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards using established data sources.
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights.
Build and update dynamic Excel models to support planning and forecasting.
Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate trends and performance.
Collaborate with offshore support to resolve issues and enhance reporting.
