You have a proven history of working closely and effectively with Software Engineering teams, fostering strong, trust-based relationships to ensure alignment on goals and execution. Resolve issues independently and provide coaching to strengthen delivery and ownership. Conduct regular check-ins, career development discussions, and performance reviews. Product Ownership (40%) :-Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with business goals and team capacity. Define high-level product features and collaborate with developers to refine specifications. Ensure development teams clearly understand requirements before breaking them into user stories. Remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Cross-functional Collaboration :-Partner with product and engineering teams to support smooth delivery. Provide real-time clarity on product requirements. Lead PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and backlog refinement sessions. Agile Delivery & Tools :-Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira, Slack, Teams, and Confluence to manage delivery and communication. Drive alignment on project, release, and sprint goals. Communication & Presentation :-Deliver live product demos to stakeholders. Use PowerPoint for executive-level presentations when appropriate.
