The role will cover all companies in the Abbey Group (offices in Dublin, Edinburgh and remote locations). The role reports to the Director of Digital Services, Dublin.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:SYSTEMS SUPPORT:End user support and troubleshooting of day to day issues (across all locations)Responding to staff on IT support requests in a timely manner and within SLADesktop and technical support on-site or via remote-access systemsSetup desktop hardware/ laptops including service and maintenanceOffice 365 system support and administrationApplication support including Office suite, Travels systems and other in house applicationsSupport of 3rd party applications and communication with vendor supportSupport of any other IT managed systemSome ad hoc out of hours or weekend work and interoffice travel will be requiredCORE DUTIES:Day to day desktop supportAny other duties as directed by managementREQUIREMENTS:Positive attitude and motivation to help othersEnthusiastic and willingness to learnSelf-starter who can take ownership of task completionStrong problem-solving skillsStrong Interpersonal skillsAt least 1 years' IT support experience or IT related degreeAbility to work independently on projectsAbility to adapt to a fast paced and changeable environmentKnowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and Cloud technologies would be beneficialAbbey Group is an equal opportunities employer.
