Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support the Director in optimising processes and key account relationships, and strengthening the culture for remote and field-based staff.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that all team members, regardless of location, feel connected to our culture while also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and coordinative skills, with experience in sales operations, distributor support or key account management. They will be able to build and maintain relationships across a remote and field-based workforce, and have excellent communication skills to foster team engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving as a key point of contact for the sales and rental team.
* Ensuring sales teams receive structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
* Assisting in managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Streamlining processes and communication using appropriate tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for:
* Team recruitment and onboarding.
* Training and development, including planning and executing internal sales training programmes and facilitating knowledge sharing across remote and field-based teams.
* Cultural and team engagement, including helping to build and maintain a strong company culture for remote and field staff.
* Executive and operational support, including working closely with the accounts department and preparing reports and agendas at the end of the month.
