MeathType: Full-time, permanentHours: 40 hours per weekWorking hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to FridayLunch: 1 hourSalary: From €38,000 DOEAbout the roleWe're hiring a hands-on Payroll & Accounts Administrator to run weekly payroll for 11 staff and support the day-to-day finance and admin function across a busy, multi-entity business. This is a practical role for someone who likes ownership, accuracy, and getting things closed out on time.Key responsibilitiesWeekly payroll (end-to-end) for 11 employees, including timesheets/clocking inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll reportingMaintain employee payroll records and support onboarding/offboarding payroll administrationOdoo processing: accurate posting of invoices, receipts, supplier bills, and allocationsBank reconciliations and day-to-day transaction processingSales invoicing, posting receipts, and customer account administrationSupplier invoices, statements, and payment runs (with approval controls)Credit control support and account queries (internal and external)Support VAT preparation/returns and periodic compliance tasks (as applicable)Assist with month-end close: reconciliations, schedules, and reporting packsMaintain accurate filing and audit-ready records (digital and paper)General office/admin support as required in a small team environmentSystems & toolsStrong working knowledge of Odoo (or similar ERP/accounting system)Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations)What we're looking for3+ years' experience in a similar payroll + accounts/admin roleProven experience running weekly payroll accurately and on scheduleStrong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a process-driven approachComfortable managing deadlines and working with multiple stakeholdersClear communicator who can follow controls and escalate issues earlyNice to haveExperience with VAT returns and month-end supportExperience in retail/wholesale, logistics, or high-transaction environmentsFamiliarity with HR/time & attendance systemsWhat you'll getCompetitive salary from €38,000 DOEA stable, long-term role with clear ownershipSupportive team and straightforward decision-makingHow to applySend your CV and a short note outlining your payroll experience etcJob Type: Full-timePay: From €38,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
