Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.Your Key ResponsibilitiesParticipating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirementsDesigning and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirementsProducing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testingSupporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and DeploySharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP teamSupporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client eventsTo qualify for the role you should haveA third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position4+ years’ experience in SAP Manufacturing implementations in a Consulting or similar external client facing environmentStrong understanding of core production planning processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in SAP Production PlanningProven experience in implementing SAP Production Planning with hands-on expertise in configuration, testing, training and data migration supportAbility to deliver design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirementsKnowledge of accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagementsPrior experience in designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirementsSuccessful track record in producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.Client focused and commercially aware.Project management skills, ability to plan and prioritise work, and to meet deadlines.Ideally, you’ll also haveSAP S/4HANA Production Planning / Manufacturing related certification, Project Management certification is desirableWhat We Look For:We are looking for candidates who are:Innovativeandagile, with a purpose-driven mindsetInclusiveand able to work effectively in diverse teamsPassionateabout technology and eager to learn and growClient-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional serviceWhat working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
