Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor
The primary function of a Senior Technical Advisor is to provide expert technical support and guidance in Building Physics, Fire Safety, Acoustics, and Energy Efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical sales initiatives.
* Provide specialist support to sales & specification teams.
* Engage in consultation with architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
* Work closely with specifiers, merchants, builders, and representative bodies on building systems.
* Hold a relevant professional qualification within Construction or a related field.
* Possess strong technical expertise and experience in B2B environments.
* Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, prioritization, and effective working relationships.
* Proficiency in Auto CAD and Excel software is essential.
* Experience with Revit is desirable.
* Skilled utilization of industry tools including but not limited to BIM, Cad, U-value calculator, Thermal modelling, and WUFI/Hygrothermal analysis software.
