Overview
Our client, one of the world's most successful and acquisitive PLCs, is seeking a Group Payroll Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal role within the Group Office function, managing the payroll process, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives including digital finance transformation and implementation.
Base pay range
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
Compensation: €65-70k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end to end monthly payroll
* Manage and process employee benefits
* Prepare payroll journals
* Manage and review employee expense submissions
* File payroll submissions via ROS
* Prepare employee headcount and cost reports
Key Skills
* IPASS (or equivalent) qualified with 5+ payroll processing experience
* Strong knowledge of Irish/UK payroll and Revenue/HMRC filing requirements
* Proficient in payroll software and ERP systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
