Job Summary:
This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Company Sealing process
* Administer cost centre management activities, including payment of invoices, reconciliation, accruals, budgets, and forecasting using Coupa and SAP systems
* Process and reconcile Non-Executive Directors' Fee and Expenses
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers related to the Company Secretarial team
* Lead Records Management and Data processing initiatives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver risk and control, and assurance activities within the Company Secretarial team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 3 years working in a financial services environment (preferably banking) in a secretarial or administrative capacity
* Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective time management and prioritization skills
* A willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
