Inspection Equipment is Irelands largest distributor of Precision Tools based in Dublin
We are looking for a highly organised, computer-literate person to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory administration in a modern manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional storeman role — strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Receive goods, check paperwork, and log items into the system
* Prepare outgoing shipments, labels, and courier bookings
* Update inventory records and manage digital stock control
* Create shipping documents, spreadsheets, and reports
* Communicate with couriers, suppliers, and production teams
* Keep storage areas tidy and organised
Requirements
Strong computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems)
* Experience in shipping/receiving or logistics admin
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
This is a full-time position. 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

* Ballymount, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
